Hello All ,
If a static caravan site states " No time limit" relating to how long any static may remain on site regardless of age , or are there any hidden agendas here ? and is this a common rule on many sites ?
Thanks
No time limit is meaningless unless it is stated in the contract.
It usually means that you are on a rolling contract, which has to be renewed each year - so you may be able to keep the static on site forever and a day, or the owners/management may change and you are given notice to vacate when the current year is up.
It can be much safer to have a fixed term written into the contract, and clearly specifying whether the terms runs from when the van was first sited, or from when you purchased the van.
