Is this a meter attached to your van or a meter on a post outside your van? Why do you want to relocate it?
My personal opinion - no, it is not that easy.
First, you need to check who owns the meter and get their permission; if you pay the park for electricity, then the meter is almost certainly theirs, if you pay the utility company direct then the probably own the meter. It is possible, but unlikely, that you own the meter - but not the external electric cables.
Then there are the cables - the mains supply to the meter, which would have to be moved and/or extended for the new position, and then the supply cable from the meter to the inside consumer unit, which would also have to be moved and/or extended, and they may run in between the wall panels.
If the meter is on an external post, then it is probably much easier to relocate - but again, not something you can do yourself, so ask the park.

Agree with FHB2. Anything is possible but that won't be easy. You will most likely have to contact the site owners who will have to get a sparky who specialises in these types of installs in and they will charge a fair old wedge.

What are the reasons for moving it?

I was told that the basic principle on a park is that the cabling etc. upto and including the meter is the sites. From the meter to the ‘van including any fuse boxes inside. ‘Van are the ‘van owners.
