Hello Darren, welcome to the forum.
You will find that all Sites have their own rules and charges.
Our Site closes for 8 weeks in January & February, but when it is open, we can visit as often as we like and stay as long as we like.  Owners can keep their vans on Site for 20 years from date of manufacture, but cannot resell them on Site if they are over 7 years old.  Used vans on our site are usually sold for between £30000 and £40000.
When the contract period expires, the van owner has to pay to have the van disconnected and removed.
Most Sites annual fees will be in the region of £3000 to £5000.  This may or may not include water and rates.  Gas is either metred or by bottle, usually costing between £60 and £90 for 47kg.  Electricity is metred.
We can give more advice if we know what part of the country you would like to go to and how much of the year you would spend in UK.
Good luck with your research.

Hi everyone. I hope someone can help. I'm English but live in France. I want to have a little something in the UK for when I come back and visit and I think the solution is a static caravan. I have started looking into it and it's opened a whole can of worms. There are so many different prices, fees, how long you can stay etc. It's got me completely overwhelmed. I'm looking for 3 bedrooms static caravan. Doesn't need to be an all singing all dancing site just safe and not a million miles for the shops. Would 15-20k be a good budget? What are site fees? Do I have a set amount of time the caravan can stay on the site? What's happens after? Any help or tips would be much appreciated. Thank you

It was moved very well by the company, I’m very happy to recommend Mark Saunders for any caravan move.
The gateway at the old site was extremely tight with a dyke on the other side of a narrow lane, anyone less competent would not have been able to get it through without damage.

Nice one Diseldog.

Looks very nice.

Which site are you on? I am in Newquay too. I'm on Newquay Holiday Park, Park Dean.

I am also typing this while in my van. Actually working remotely today. Could of found worse locations.

Lovely pics and great to hear that you’re enjoying your van. In mine as I type and feel likewise after changing from a tourer
