Pros: convenience, easy to arrange
Cons: can be hit and miss, I can't check the work they have done
I use our on site cleaning service from the park. Can be very hit and miss. I'm not sure their heart is in it.
I can cover most of the cleaning on a weekly basis but would want a deep interior and exterior clean once a year if I was to arrange one. The big issue I can see, would the site even let you on. It can be very closed for things like that.
