Our ABI St David is now 8 years old and the sealant around the doors and windows that squeezed out on manufacture has gone brittle and breaking away.
I had a caravan repair person have a look when we purchased our van last year and he said leave well alone as none of the doors and windows are leaking in.
I am used to using a sealant gun and wondering whether to just remove all the brittle bits and use silka flex and go around all the windows and doors which would be quite a task.
The other option would mean have all removed and resealed which could be expensive, I will have to have a good think and decide what to do.
