Static Caravan Wall Damp

Hi,

Hopefully someone can help me with the following issue.

I am currently living in a static that has central heating and double glazing fitted. It is a Cosalt Balmoral 35ft.

In the corner of the main bedroom I noticed that it was getting damp in the colder weather, so I pulled back the wall which is made of thin ply to take a look underneath.
I found that the bottom wooden frame was a little damp so dried it out,  but my main concern is with the way the caravan/walls are actually built, from inside out it is built like this: thin ply inner walls > wooden framework with polystyrene sheets fitted between > exterior metal wall.

 

Looking at the metal outer walls from the inside after removing the polystyrene I can see that there is condensation droplets all over the walls, which appears to bead and then make its way to the bottom of the wall, which caused the damp ply wall. I am surprised there is nothing between the exterior metal walls and interior framework to stop the condensation causing damage.
 

My questions are:

Why would I only find one patch of wall that is damp in the bedroom corner and not see any leaks when it is raining heavy outside with the wall removed?

Could this be caused by a cold spot?

Is there anything I can do about this problem area?

Is this not a major problem with any caravan as this must be happening everywhere else in the walls too?

Hello Perry , I am no expert on this , but would the beads of condensation on the inside of the metal exterior be occurring because you removed the insulation , if the insulation was in place would this stop the beading ? I would look at the sealant on the exterior corner trims all the way up to the gutter.
