So hot in my Caravan

I have wireless Thermostat in my Caravan and just now i decided to see how hot it was inside

39.5 Degrees c

Thats 103.1F

Unbelievably hot

We have spent the last months wishing we could go to our caravans, but today I am glad to be at home in this heat.  I think it would be too hot in the van.

 We have sat out all day in our small garden under a caravan store awning fixed to our fence panels, its been so hot that I cut some sheets of weed control that I had lying about to give us some shade down the side, This evening we had a barbecue and just chilled with a bottle of Rioja.
Yesterday evening we sat out and a brown Linnet and one of its young was learning to fly and it came down on my hat I don’t know who was the most startled when it landed.

At nearly 40 degrees Gerry that is hot. 

It would certainly be too hot in the caravan even with the windows open and a fan on. Would be like a fan oven. Circulating hot air

We don’t spend a lot of time Ian it’s so easy maintenance, the lawn bit is artificial and this hot weather just make sure it’s well watered.
