You will find that all Sites have their own rules and charges.
Our Site closes for 8 weeks in January & February, but when it is open, we can visit as often as we like and stay as long as we like. Owners can keep their vans on Site for 20 years from date of manufacture, but cannot resell them on Site if they are over 7 years old. Used vans on our site are usually sold for between £30000 and £40000.
When the contract period expires, the van owner has to pay to have the van disconnected and removed.
Most Sites annual fees will be in the region of £3000 to £5000. This may or may not include water and rates. Gas is either metred or by bottle, usually costing between £60 and £90 for 47kg. Electricity is metred.
