Hi all, first post on here.  Can I ask who is responsible for the gas pipework underneath my static,?  I thought it would be the parks but I am not sure, Thanks

If you are on mains gas and suspect a gas leak call out National Gas Grid (0800 111 999).
I would think that it is the same with static caravans as it is with residential park homes.
If so, then you are responsible for the pipework that is underneath your home - usually it is the park (or utility) up to your meter, yours from the meter to/under/inside your home.
Check your contract (if on a holiday site) or your Written Statement (if on a residential site) as that should specify who is responsible for what.
For proper advice, if on a holiday static try contacting NACO  https://www.nacoservices.com/static-caravan-advice/gas-and-electricity-safety-in-static-caravans
If on a residential site, contact LEASE : https://parkhomes.lease-advice.org/article/repairs-on-site-who-is-responsible/

Have you asked the site ?  On our site we are on piped gas but it’s from a tank on site so I would say the site is responsible for all pipe work in this case
